Group Color Analysis is a versatile service well suited for both social gatherings and professional settings. It’s a popular choice for special occasions such as bridal showers or milestone celebrations, as well as for team, corporate, or organizational events. Sessions are designed to be engaging and informative while offering personalized insight for each participant.
Full Color Analysis
$150 per person (groups of up to 5)
$125 per person (groups of 6 or more)
The full color analysis experience for a group offers a comprehensive look at each participant’s personal color palette. During this 45-minute session, we explore the client’s subseason, contrast, metals, neutrals, best colors, and hair/makeup. Each client also receives a color fan to take home and use as a long-term reference.
This option is ideal for smaller groups or clients who want a more detailed, individualized color experience. These sessions are scheduled in 60-minute intervals, which include a brief buffer to allow for transition and setup for the next client.
To ensure a comfortable and high-quality experience, in-studio group sessions are limited to five clients or fewer. For larger groups, sessions are hosted off-site at your location, such as a workplace or private venue. I’m happy to help coordinate off-site sessions and answer any questions about location or setup.
Mini Color Analysis
$75 per person
Mini sessions are available for groups of six or more and offer a shorter, high-level color experience. This service works especially well in situations where time is limited, while still providing meaningful, personalized guidance. Each participant receives a 20-minute session focused on identifying their home season and best neutrals/metals.
These sessions are scheduled in 30-minute intervals, which include a brief buffer to allow for transition and setup for the next client. Mini sessions are designed with larger groups in mind and will be hosted off-site at your location to provide a comfortable and well-organized experience.
Note: Mini sessions focus on home season identification and do not include a full subseason analysis or color fan.
Travel & Location
Off-site appointments include a travel/setup fee, which covers transportation, materials, and the additional time required to prepare and deliver the experience outside the studio. The travel fee applies based on location:
- Huntsville/Madison area: $100
- Athens, Decatur, Guntersville: $200

Scheduling
For larger off-site group events, scheduling is coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all participants. When appropriate, an online sign-up page will be provided so attendees can reserve individual appointment times prior to the event. This helps minimize wait times and allows each client to receive focused, one-on-one attention during their session. Final scheduling details—including appointment length, total participant count, and any space or setup requirements—will be confirmed ahead of time to ensure the event runs seamlessly on the day of service.
Payment: Off-Site Events
To secure an off-site group color analysis event, the travel fee is required at the time of booking. This fee functions as a non-refundable deposit and reserves your date on my calendar. Depending on the structure of your event, the remaining balance may be handled in one of two ways: individual clients may be billed separately (in advance or at the event, depending on the type of event), or the full service total may be invoiced to the event organizer in advance. We’ll confirm the preferred payment arrangement during scheduling to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for everyone involved.
Payment: In-Studio Group Sessions
In-studio group color analysis sessions are billed and paid in full in advance. Payment may be arranged either by invoicing each participant individually or by invoicing the full amount to the group organizer, based on your preference. All payments must be completed prior to the session date in order for the group booking to be confirmed.
