Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy

At Twelve Season Studio, we strive to provide the best services and products to our customers. Please review our returns and refund policy below for different types of purchases. By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy.

1. Physical Products (Returns Accepted Under Conditions)

We accept returns for physical products, such as color fans, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in re-sellable condition, meaning they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected (shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Processing Time for Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Virtual Services (Non-Refundable)

All virtual services, including virtual color analysis and consultations, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these services, we cannot offer refunds once the service has been provided. If you have any concerns about your virtual service, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you.

4. In-Person Services (Non-Refundable, Rescheduling Available)

Payment for in-person services is due at the time of booking, and this retainer payment is non-refundable. However, we understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so through your User Account at least 48 hours in advance. If you need help with this, please contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to accommodate your request. If you choose to cancel your appointment and not reschedule, your retainer payment will not be refunded. If you do not show up for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and your retainer payment will not be refunded.
